Try this workout – 300!

I was thinking of something to do at the Gym the other day and came up with this workout that has since been named 300.  The name doesn’t quite work, but it will do for now

  • 100m Run
  • 50 KB Swings
  • 200m Run
  • 40 KB Swings
  • 300m Run
  • 30 KB Swings
  • 400m Run
  • 20KB Swings
  • 500m Run
  • 10KB Swings
  • 100m Run – This takes it to a mile of running

This is 150 Kettle Bell swings and I found it really started to hurt around the 300/30 point.  This took 20m 1 sec to complete.  Which it took around 10 seconds to move from the treadmill to to the kettle bell swings.

I was personally quite happy as I managed to do all the KB Swings unbroken, switching to one hand for a couple to rub my nose, plus I finished 2 minutes ahead of the person doing this workout with me.
